Fancy deep fried mushrooms and onions are bomb. What does fancy mean? It means F*** store bought, stupid button mushrooms or gross flavorless mushrooms delivered by some big-ol food truck.
These mushrooms were acquired from a farm within 20 miles of the restaurant and are likely organic.
BAM BABY! Eat that!
