Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A! I could sing your name all day long! Here we have just a few of the amazing sauces that can accompany your Chick-fil-A meal. My process is as follows; number one original Chick-fil-A sandwich, then I add a BBQ sauce to the top, a Buffalo sauce to the bottom with Honey BBQ sauce throughout the eating process as I make my way through the sandwich! BOMB!

Here we have the BOMB gourmet eggplant Parmesan created by Chef Massimo of Francesca’s Restaurants in Chicago. When in Chicago, Francesa’s is a must and the Eggplant Parmesan is awesome for being a non-beef/healthy option that is pretty hot diggety-bomb-diggle. I would love to try a least 3 stacked on top of each other next time.

This juicy, over-sized hockey puck burger patty comes from a place called No Name Ranch in Oklahoma. The Finished product pictured was prepared in a futuristic gas station/diner called Pop’s on Route 66 in Oklahoma. As you can imagine from looking at the picture this burger was tasty and bomb. Dang this burger was good!

Deep Fried Totino’s Pizza Rolls – Bomb!

This deep fried snack was inspired by the late night munchies. We deep fried Totino’s Pizza Rolls and homemade home fries. The deep fry increased the wonderfulness of the Pizza Rolls substantially, giving them a perfectly crunchy, buttery crust and delicious melty center. We then covered them in cheese and dipped them in Tapatio sauce and Sweet Baby Rays. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, in our opinion, is the perfect pizza BBQ sauce.

Tres leches Cake for Cinco de Mayo

A Tres leches cake, or Pastel de Tres leches (Spanish, “Three milk cake”), is a sponge cake,—in some recipes, a butter cake—soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and sour cream. When butter is not used, the tres leches is a very light cake, with many air bubbles. This distinct texture is why it does not have a soggy consistency, despite being soaked in a mixture of three types of milk.
I didn’t use sour cream, but I did use whipping cream.

Looking for some amazing Pad Thai? This pretty dish was found at FuWa Kitchen in Tulsa, OK. This consisted of stir fried noodles, eggs, fish sauce, an array of spices, in addition to shrimp, chicken or tofu.
