If you think you’ve had sushi. Let me just tell you that you haven’t unless you have experienced it from the true South, and by that I mean Cabos, Mexico. This was served up by a Cabo chef in Palm Springs at Crazy Joes Sushi. This sushi roll is tempora shrimp wrapped in soy topped with mango then with a slice of a Serrano pepper on top. The fusion of flavor is wonderful. This single roll blows all other sushi out of the water.
