Description

These sweet, little cupcakes were made from a recipe of necessity, one night when I was craving some delicious coconut goodness. These were made from a vanilla cake mix and coconut mixed and then topped them with a mix of coconut, white sugar and vanilla, which makes a delicious toasted coconut topping. Yum!!
